An intimate and moving performance piece about thinking that you are a boy, realising that you are girl and working out what you are going to do about it. Playing in the spaces between masculinity and femininity, theatre and performance art, Unto Us A Child Is Born explodes the moment in growing up when identities seem to become fixed and choices seem to be closed down.

Rachel Mars is a performance maker with a background in theatre, live art and comedy. She uses the autobiographical as a starting point to create moving, funny and accessible performances.
