OK, Lets take a trip…
Have you ever eaten a Polish Dumpling whilst walking up Norwich Road? Do you know the Romanian for ‘play that music faster please’ or where to find the best Pastel de Nata? Enjoy some time in Kurdish, Romanian, Portuguese, Polish, Bulgarian, Jamaican multi-cultural Ipswich. Meet people on route for music, film, food and conversation. One underpass, two crossings, an avenue, three roads – but definitely NO borders.
Cad Taylor has been making things happen in Ipswich for over a decade, from radio shows to performance, on the street, at festivals and galvanising the community to have a voice. Ipswich Community Media develops these diverse voices to give those on the fringes of society a route to engage in a meaningful way.
